Returns & Refunds Policy

While we hope you’ll be happy with your products, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase.

1.1 If whilst inspecting the goods at the time of delivery you identify goods you do not want, you are free to decline any product for any reason (including the price). You can return them to the driver and ask him or her to take them away.

1.2 Any goods you return to our driver will be automatically refunded to the credit or debit card used to make the payment. Refunds take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account.

1.3 As long as you’re returning all of your order, we’ll refund your delivery charge in full. If you’re only returning some of your products, the delivery charge will remain.
